Plan Your First Week in CleansyAI

· 3 min read· By CleansyAI Team

Start with a few jobs you can check against your existing records. Keep your current schedule available while you learn the workflow.

Set your business time zone

Create an account, complete business setup, and choose a subscription in Settings > Billing. Check the time zone in Settings before booking work. CleansyAI displays jobs in that business time zone, which may differ from the time zone on your computer.

Add the records each job needs

In Clients, add the customer name, contact information, service address, and any notes you need. In Services, create the cleaning services you offer with their standard price and duration. In Crew, add the crews you will assign to jobs.

You can also import clients, services and crews from CSV files. Map the columns and review the preview before importing.

Book and review the work

Open Schedule and create a job. Choose the client and service, set the start time, and assign a crew. Review the duration and any notes before saving.

CleansyAI checks for overlapping crew bookings. If another job already occupies that time, choose a different crew or time. Automatic assignment can distribute scheduled work across active crews by assigned duration; review its result before dispatching your team.

Keep the calendar current

Update the job status as work progresses. Scheduled jobs can be edited or rescheduled. Completed work stays available as a record and can be used to create an invoice.

For repeat work, create a recurring schedule and review the generated visits. To accept customer booking requests, enable your public booking page in Settings > Booking. SMS reminders require an optional messaging provider; communicate confirmations and changes through your existing process until it is configured.

See pricing for the current plans, or read how to prepare an invoice.
