By accessing or using CleansyAI ("Service"), operated by CleansyAI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). CleansyAI is AI-powered cleaning business software designed to help cleaning companies manage their operations. The Service includes, but is not limited to: scheduling and dispatching, customer relationship management (CRM), invoicing and payments, route optimization, and related tools for maid services, janitorial companies, carpet cleaners, window cleaners, pressure washers, and other cleaning specialties. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by CleansyAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof without our prior written consent.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of data and content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your User Content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CleansyAI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and/or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
