Pricing questions
Creating an account does not require a card. Choose and pay for a subscription to add customers, crews and bookings. Your card is entered securely through Stripe Checkout.
There is no free trial at launch. You can create an account and set up your business before choosing a paid subscription.
Billing starts when you confirm your subscription in Stripe Checkout and renews monthly or annually. You can cancel future renewals from Settings > Billing; access continues through the paid period.
Plans include the same core features, with different allowances for active customers, active crews, and visits per calendar month. Visit allowances include cancelled visits and follow your business time zone. Annual billing has the same monthly visit allowance. Payment processing, SMS, and accounting provider fees are separate.
Yes. Add your own Stripe secret API key in Settings > Payments to accept card payments on invoices. Payments go to your Stripe account. You can also share invoices and record payments received outside CleansyAI.
Test the scheduling and invoice workflow you need. Recurring visits, public booking and CSV import are included. Online payments, SMS and accounting depend on their provider setup. There is no native mobile app. Keep your existing records while evaluating it.
